Maintenance operation methods for children's playground equipment

The maintenance methods for amusement equipment mainly include the following points:

Wooden parts that are moisture-resistant, heat-resistant, and colorfast can be soaked in soapy water, dried in the sun, and then sprayed with disinfectant for sterilization.

The soft sponge parts can be cleaned with a soft cloth dipped in soapy water.

Plastic parts and fiberglass can be soaked in diluted soapy water, then wiped with a soft cloth, rinsed with clean water, and dried with a cleaning cloth. Then spray with disinfectant for sterilization.

For metal parts that require rust removal, use a brush to scrub off the surface rust and wipe clean with a dry cloth.

When cleaning electrical components, first ensure that the power is off, avoid pouring water, and generally use a damp cloth for cleaning. Wait until it is completely dry before reconnecting the power.

For indoor activity rooms, floors, walls, etc., disinfect with ultraviolet light daily, and ensure good ventilation indoors. Disinfect once a week.

All amusement equipment, including outdoor slides and tunnels, should not have standing water after rain. If there is, a 4mm diameter hole should be drilled at the lowest point for drainage.

While disinfecting, it is also important to check if the connections are secure, lubricate frequently moving metal connections, and inspect electrical components and ordinary parts for damage.
